What KANDLE does:
• We are a certified Women Owned Small Business, with a focus on food service management for camps and conference centers.
• The Dietary Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring the dietary needs of campers and staff are met with excellence and efficiency. This position involves participating in training sessions, earning necessary certifications, and overseeing the preparation, coordination, and delivery of special diet meals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of food safety and customer service.
In this role students will receive:
• 6 – 10 weeks paid internship. Opportunities to obtain ServSafe and Allergen Certification and implement that knowledge through hands on experience in the kitchen. Other skills you will gain time management, organizational, communication, team management, and familiarity of front and back of house operations.
