Clinical Nutrition Manager – Registered Dietitian

• As the Clinical Nutrition Manager, you will utilize and develop nutrition screening tools to appropriately identify patients at nutrition risk
• You will utilize the Nutrition Care Process for the assessment, diagnosis, intervention development and monitoring and evaluation of patients
• Your role initiates and develops nutrition assessment and nutrition care plans utilizing extensive knowledge and expertise in the Nutrition Care Process for patients with complex medical conditions, including critically ill patients and those on enteral and/or parenteral nutrition support
• Your role will provide nutrition counseling for inpatients and outpatients as indicated and develops nutrition educational tools for clinical nutrition
• You will adhere to nutrition care guidelines/manual to provide evidenced based nutrition care
• You will develop nutrition related department/facility guidelines and protocols to provide evidenced based care

• Bachelors Degree required, Master’s preferred
• Must be a Registered and Licensed Dietitian within the state
• Previous Clinical Nutrition Manager experience preferred
• Certification in Nutrition Specialty Preferred
• Maintains CDR professional portfolio with at least 75 CEU’s within a 5 year period required
