ANCE 2023 – What to Know Before You Go!

Parking & Hotel
Conference attendees will receive free parking for the duration of the event. Bring your ticket into the hotel to receive validation at the front desk. Our event will take place in the Thoroughbred Suites. Signage will be available along with KAND volunteers who can help direct you to our event.
Please check in at the registration desk to pick up your name tag and important conference materials beginning at 7:00am.

To limit disruptions during our morning presentations, a light breakfast will be served from 7:00-8:00 AM (ET). A hot buffet lunch will be provided for all attendees beginning at 12:20 PM (ET). Dietary modifications will be provided for those submitted during the registration process.

In an act of service, we are partnering with WaterStep for our annual conference this year. WaterStep is a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing safe and clean drinking water to those in need. We ask that you consider bringing 1-3 pairs of shoes that you (or your family members) no longer wear to donate to WaterStep. Any style of shoes accepted but sneakers are preferred. Our goal is to collect at least 100 pairs of shoes to help provide safe water for over 30 individuals! Learn more about WaterStep at https://waterstep.org/
As an added benefit, KAND is providing headshot photos for all conference attendees this spring. The photographer will be available starting at 7:00 AM (ET) and throughout the full conference. We encourage all attendees to take advantage of this opportunity to have a professional headshot photo taken during the event!
CPEU Information & Event Evaluation
This event has been approved for a total of 8 CPEUs (including CPEUs for exhibits and posters) for this event through the Commission on Dietetic Registration. You will receive an email after the event that includes instructions and certificates for claiming CPEUs as well as an evaluation to provide us with feedback on your experience at this year’s ANCE event.
